Refund Policy
This policy applies to all Texas Prime Volleyball registrations for the 2026-2027 club season. Please read it before completing registration. The same terms appear on the registration form and in your confirmation email.
Club Season Fees
Club fees may be paid in full or in monthly installments as shown on the registration form. Once an athlete accepts a roster spot, the club commits to tournament entries, uniforms, gym time and coaching for that athlete, and fees become non-refundable.
- Fees are refundable in full if the club cancels a team before the season begins.
- Requests made before the first scheduled practice are reviewed case by case and may be refunded less any non-recoverable costs such as uniforms and tournament entries.
- Once the season begins, fees and remaining installments are non-refundable, including when an athlete leaves the team by choice, is dismissed for conduct, or misses practices or tournaments.
- Season-ending injury or a family relocation out of the area may qualify for a prorated credit on unpaid installments. Documentation may be requested.
Tryout Fees
Tryout fees are non-refundable and are not applied toward club fees.
Missed Installments
Installments are due on the schedule shown on the registration form. Athletes with an overdue balance may not participate in practices or tournaments until the account is current. To pay in full or arrange a larger payment, contact Club Director Rob Pulido at 210-606-2321.
How To Request A Refund
Email primevb23@gmail.com with the athlete's name, team and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Payment processing fees are not refundable.
