Texas Prime Volleyball collects the information families provide during registration, including athlete name, date of birth, parent or guardian contact details and emergency contact information.
How We Use It
- To roster athletes and manage team communication
- To process registration and payments
- To contact parents and guardians about practices, tournaments and club news
Children's Information
Athlete information is provided by a parent or guardian at registration and is used only for club operations.
Sharing
The club does not sell family information. Information is shared only where needed to run the club, such as tournament entry and payment processing.
Photos And Video
The club may photograph or record athletes at club events for team and club use. Families who prefer their athlete not appear should contact the Club Director.
